There are various settings that you can apply to your form. Below is an example of what they do.

Who can fill out this form?

This will determine who has permission to respond to the form. It can be set to anyone (with the link); only people within the organisation; or specific people, whom you nominate.

Within this setting you can choose to automatically record name if applicable, and whether to only allow one response per person.

 

Options for responses

Accept responses

If unticked, respondents cannot fill out the form.

Start date

Choose when responses can be submitted from.

End date

Choose when responses can be submitted to.

Set time duration

Set a time limit for form to be completed.

Shuffle questions

Questions will appear in a random order.

Disable question number for respondents

Question numbers will not appear for respondents.

Show progress bar

If the Form is broken down into sections, a progress bar will appear to tell respondents how far through they are.

Customize thank you message

Allows the editor to set a message which will display upon form completion.

Allow respondents to save their responses.

Respondents can save their responses to edit later before submitting a form.

Allow respondents to edit their responses.

Allows respondents to edit responses even after submitting a form.

 

Response receipts

Toggle receipts on or off for respondents, Form owners, both, or neither.
