Pupils' School Credentials

You will need to know your school login details to access several services including school computers, the Solihull WiFi, and Microsoft 365 apps.

Please note, for your first login you will need to log in to a school computer where you will be prompted to change your password to something memorable.

Detail	Explanation	Example
Username	Will be the first four letters of your surname followed by the first three letters of your forename.	SmitJoh If name is John Smith
Email Address	Will be your username followed by @solsch.org.uk	SmitJoh@solsch.org.uk
Password	By default, your password will be your first initial, surname initial, date of birth in eight digit ddmmyyyy	js13012012 If date of birth is 13^th Jan 2012

To change your password again in the future, please do the following:

Log into a school computer.
Once logged in, press Ctrl, Alt, and Delete at the same time.
From the menu choose: Change password.
Enter your current password first, followed by your new password twice in the marked boxes.
Click the arrow to continue. If successful you will see a confirmation message.
